• Provide, operate, and improve Fireball Manager.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.
• Communicate with you about updates, support, or account issues.

Analytics and experiments

• We use a consent-first analytics setup. No behavioral tracking starts until you explicitly accept.
• After consent, we may record interaction events such as button clicks, view exposure, and dwell time on marked UI sections.
• We use this data to run controlled feature-flag experiments and improve UX. We do not use camera-based eye tracking.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with service providers who help us run the app (such as hosting, analytics, and customer support), and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Avoraz, our users, or the public.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes, such as compliance, dispute resolution, and security.

Your choices

You can update or delete your data in the app at any time. If you want us to close your account or remove stored data, contact us and we will honor your request unless we are legally required to keep it.

You can enable or disable analytics consent at any time in your account settings. Disabling consent stops future behavioral event capture.
